Rev. Dr. Joique D. Bell was led to Louisville, KY from Benton Harbor, Michigan by the hand of God. While here Pastor Bell labored under the tutelage of Rev. Dr. Kevin W. Cosby, one of the greatest ecclesiastical minds of the twenty first century and senior pastor of the St. Stephen Church, Louisville, KY. Pastor Bell began serving in 1998 as Executive Director of Christian Education at the St. Stephen Church, (to a membership of over seven thousand). Shortly thereafter Pastor Bell was elevated to the position of pulpit partner to Dr. Cosby where he served faithfully.

Pastor Bell, earned a Diploma of Practical Theology and Bible Teaching, a Bachelor of Theology from the International Bible Institute and Seminary with honors, and a Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College.  He served as vice-president and co-owner of the C.O.G.I.C. Non-profit Housing Corp., which is responsible for bringing over six million dollars in housing development to the city of Benton Harbor, MI.

Since 2000, Rev. Dr. Joique D. Bell has served as senior pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. Through his leadership the Bethel Baptist Church has grown extensively, two services are held on Sunday mornings and other ministry meetings are held throughout the week. There are over 29 active ministries in the church to date. During Pastor Bell’s tenure, the Bethel Community Development Corporation has been established, which has brought affordable housing to Metro Louisville.

Pastor Bell’s ministry has taken him across this continent expounding God’s word. Through this anointed ministry, many souls have come to Christ. Thousands have been blessed through his ministry, and it is no doubt God has laid His hands on His servant and has prospered his way.
