ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS
All ministries must have goals for their ministry to include sets to obtain stated goals approved by the DOM/Pastor to ensure that all expectations of your ministry meet the needs and vision of the Church.

All ministry leaders are required to attend the Annual Leadership Conference.

All ministries are encouraged to recruit members for their ministry. *Leadership should be determined by followers,
not a leader of just you.
Ministry members can be recruited from members and nonmembers (except for those ministries that membership is required).
*All new members of any ministry must complete the New Members training before joining any ministry.

All ministries must have a monthly meeting for their ministry
Elected or appointed positions in each ministry
Leader
Assistant Leader (as needed)
Secretary
Treasurer (for those ministries with money)
Activity Coordinator
Worship Leader
*Each position must have responsibilities outlined by the ministry leader to include monthly financial reports that reflects all money activities and meeting with Church Administrator to check balances.

All ministry leaders or a representative must attend the ministry leaders meetings.
1st Saturday of each month; 2:00 - 3:00 PM
(If 3 meetings are missed without DOM approval, a meeting with the director is required which may include a determination of that leadership for that ministry.)

All ministries must have a report at each ministry leaders meeting to reflect activities of previous month and projected activities of following month(s).
