Bethel Baptist Church exists to reach the unchurched to connect them with Christ, to encourage them to grow in their faith, participate in their ministry, and to honor God with their lives.

Bethel’s Goals:
1. To worship Christ.
2. To lead the lost to Christ through evangelism.
3. To develop the saved through equipping.
4. To provide fellowship through activities.
5. To transform society.

As ministries of Bethel Baptist Church each ministry must understand what our purpose in the church is. Each ministry’s mission statement and goals must reflect that of the Church and the Director of Ministry expectations of each ministry must reflect the same.

Bethel’s Ministry Mission Statement:
For each ministry to meet the requirements of Bethel’s mission and goals; the expectations of the Pastor and the Director of Ministries (DOM) to be on one accord and strive for excellence, and that the organization of each ministry must meet the outlined goals, requirements and protocols for Bethel Ministries.
